Obituary of Annette Carole Mosby

Annette Carole Mosby, 58, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018.  She is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Eric Riehl.  Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Dorise Pean Riehl; her loving husband of 34 years, John A. Mosby; daughter; Jennifer Ramirez and husband, Jimmy;  stepchildren, Regina Herzik and husband, Leo, DeeAdrea Mosby, John Lawrence Mosby; brother, Craig Riehl and wife, Beth; sisters, Barbara Howe and husband, Tom, Roxanne Rainwater and husband, David; eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, her beloved dog, Molly;  and a host of other family and friends.

 

Annette graduated from Texas City High School and devoted her life to the nursing profession.  She worked for 12 years at Mainland Hospital in the NICU department before joining the staff at Clear Lake Regional for more than 22 years.  She loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, watching and playing softball and cheering on her kids in their many sports.  Annette was an animal lover her entire life and over the course of her life had many chicken, goats, birds, toads, cats and dogs.  She was affectionately known as “Nana Nett” to her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Annette will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Annette’s honor to your local Blood Bank.  A Memorial service for Annette will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 10:00 am at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 with The Reverend Geoffrey C. Gwynne officiating.
