I met Dorothy and Joe Bell in 1963 . I was 13 years old at that time . I had a big black horse named Sugar and I moved her to the same stable that Dorothy and Joe kept their horses at .
I remember their horses . They had a bay mare named Princess Ann , a palomino gelding named Rusty , a sorrel male horse that they called Boy Horse , and a sorrel mare they called Punky .
We went on a lot of rides together and sometimes they took me other places like the rodeo . I knew them for many years and they were always very good to me . They were a big part of my life back then .
I’m 73 now and I will never forget them . They were my friends .

Dorothy,
Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
May God’s love and warmth open a new Horizon of Eternal Peace.
