Obituary of Agnes Julienne-Laporte

Please share a memory of Agnes to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Agnes Julienne-Laporte was born in Seychelles on February 12, 1968 and transitioned from her earthly life to her heavenly home to be with the Lord on July 20, 2019.  She is preceded in death by her father, Noel Jeremie, and her mother, Sarah Julienne.  Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband George Laporte, her daughters Tira and Marsha Julienne, stepson Simon Laporte, grandson Isaiah Evans, sisters; Laurette (William), Marie Celine, Anne Marie (Jean Claude), Louisette (Felix), brothers; Maxime, Michael (Marie Anne), Benoit, and Paul; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and far too many friends to count.

Agnes was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend.  She loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest.  She was warmhearted, generous, patient, and compassionate.  She was a fabulous homemaker who truly put the sweet in “Home Sweet Home.” She was an awesome cook and so enjoyed having others enjoy her special “secret” recipes.

Words are inadequate to describe how deeply she will be missed by her family, friends, and the many others whose lives she touched in a lovingly and positive way.

Services for Agnes will be held Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581.  The visitation will be held from 10:00 until 11:00 with the funeral service following at 11:00 am with Father Jim Courville officiating.
