I just learned of this. So sorry to hear it. I would have loved to talk with him one more time.
A truly great guy that we Roses still talk about and love. Last time I saw him was Dallas 20 years ago. Took him to dinner and he got mad I paid! It was my pleasure and honor. So sorry for your loss Regina.

In Frank we lost a very loyal and dear friend. For me, he was the kind of guy who was the first to give a big welcome and then would pick up where we had last left off- not skipping a beat.
Frank was patient, kind and respectful. In a crowd, he would bide his time waiting to pick a quiet moment to catch up, then drill down with thoughtful questions.
He lived and worked with integrity. With sharp intellect, he added to any conversation. Always listening with intensity, he was quick with an observant come-back and grin.
I suspect he is up there saying under his breath, "the ribs are better at the Fiscos"... Frank will forerver have a seat at the table.
Vaya con dios my friend.

My sincerest condolences to the family. I’ve known Frank for over 27 years now. First as a coworker who became a good friend. He was a man that was always there to help anyone in need any way he could. I will miss him dearly.

I met Frank quite a few years back and enjoyed our newly-found friendship. We bonded over a similar background and upbringing. We were raised in the same parts of Brooklyn connecting the dots of areas we both frequented. There was one night in particular that I remember, where his friend Frank Acre came down to visit him from New York. Frank brought Frank Acre over to meet me. The shock on Frank’s face while listening to Frank Acre and myself talk about our same friends and acquaintances was priceless. His mouth went from ajar, to smile, to roaring laughter.
Frank held onto all the good traits of being an Italian-American from New York. If he came to visit after going to see his family in New York, he had to bring something with him, whether it was pastries, cookies or Italian specialty foods. He would also bring myself and my staff donuts to have with our morning coffee.
He was a true giver, a giver of joy, laughter, honesty and friendship. Frank will be missed by myself and a multitude of friends who knew him as the great man he was.
