Rachal Annita Dahse, 75, passed away Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Anna Scott. Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband of 56 years, Ron Dahse; son, Lance Dahse and wife, Laurie; sister, Karan Wheelock; grandchildren, Cameron and wife, Katie, Brittany and husband, Chris, Darrien and husband Cody, Alyssa and husband, Lane; great grandchildren, Max and Seneca; and a host of other family and dear friends.
Rachal truly had a servant’s heart and loved the Lord. She was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church in Pearland and Bay Vue United Methodist Church in Crystal Beach where she was an active volunteer for many groups. Rachal and Ron brought joy to many hearts as she would take her precious dog to visit the local nursing homes. Rachal worked for 33 years for Humble oil and Exxon before retiring in 1999. Organization was her middle name and she made sure everything was always in order. She had a deep connection with the beach and all things related to the saltwater. She loved the beach and warm places. Ron and Rachel enjoyed traveling and her favorites included the Caribbean, Caymans, St. Croix, St. Martin and Belize. She was the best boat operator that Ron had the pleasure of fishing with and they took full advantage of their fishing expeditions along the Texas coast, Alaska, Mississippi and Florida. Rachal will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
