Rachelle Grace Creegan, 19, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020. Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Michael and Beth Ann Creegan; birth mother, Iritha Straton; boyfriend, Ryan Wayne Smith; son, Ryan Michael Smith; brothers, Andre Michael Creegan, Gregory Walters Jr., Jay Micheal Stranton; sisters, Tytiana Elizabeth Creegan, Ja’Von Stranton, Miracle Washington, Mary Washington,; and a host of other family and dear friends. Rachelle was a fun-loving spirit that loved to talk and take over any conversation that she was in. Her feisty and vibrant personality was well known amongst all her friends and family. Rachelle had a caring nature about her and was always available to help others in need. She enjoyed listening and dancing to her favorite music. Her son, Ryan, was the light of her life and Rachelle loved being a devoted mother. She will forever be remembered as a good friend that had a big personality in a little body. Rachelle will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a college fund set up for Rachelle’s son. A Memorial Service for Rachelle will be held Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 10:00 am at First United Methodist Church, 9601 W. Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas 77571 with Dr. Kevin Gilmore officiating. The family and church requests that everyone attending the service follow the local health care directives by wearing face masks and practicing social distancing.
