Obituary of Crispin Reyes

Crispin Reyes, 69, passed away on July 28, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, Procoro and Leonor Reyes. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, of 42 years, Maria M. Reyes; son, Crispin Reyes Jr. and wife, Diana; daughters, Brenda Ibarra and husband, Tito, and Erika Saenz and husband, Guy; three brothers; seven sisters; grandchildren, Zuy, Mercedes, Haleigh, Marissa, Mia, Michael, Leilah, Rambo, Eliana, Samson and a host of many other family and friends. Crispin was a loving and devoted, husband, father and grandfather. He took great pride in his appearance and maintained a healthy lifestyle by eating well, staying active and continuing to work at his age. Crispin held a spirit of excellence in everything he did, took his time and always made sure he left everything he touched perfect. He loved eating spicy, homemade foods and always made room for desserts. His favorites were always his Comadre’s banana split pie, sopapilla cheesecake, and carrot cake. Crispin loved listening to music and dancing with his wife. His love will be missed by not only his family, but also the many co-workers that he considered brothers, some of which he had known for over 33 years. Crispin will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Services for Crispin will be held on Friday, August 7, 2020, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas, 77581. Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 pm, with Deacon Marcelino Villarreal officiating. Crispín Reyes de 69 años, falleció el 28 de julio de 2020. Reyes; hijo, Crispín Reyes Jr. y esposa Diana; hijas, Brenda Ibarra y esposo, Tito, y Erika Sáenz y esposo, Guy; tres hermanos; siete hermanas; nietos, Zuy, Mercedes, Haleigh, Marissa, Mia, Michael, Leilah, Rambo, Eliana, Samson y muchos otros familiares y amigos. Crispín era un esposo, padre, y abuelo amoroso y devoto. Se enorgullecía de su apariencia y mantenía un estilo de vida saludable al comer bien, manteniéndose activo, y trabajando a su edad. Crispín tenía un espíritu de excelencia en todo lo que hacía, se tomaba su tiempo y siempre se aseguraba de dejar todo lo que tocaba perfecto. Le encantaba comer comidas picantes y caseras y siempre dejaba espacio para los postres. Sus favoritos siempre fueron el pastel de banana split de su Comadre, sopapillas, tarta de queso, y el pastel de zanahoria. A Crispín le encantaba escuchar música y bailar con su esposa. Extrañaremos su amor, no solo por su familia, sino también por los muchos compañeros de trabajo que consideraba como hermanos, algunos conocidos por más de 33 años. Crispín será extrañado por todos los que lo conocieron y lo amaron. Los servicios para Crispín se llevarán a cabo el viernes 7 de agosto, 2020 en Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W.
