To our Ortega and Moreno family, Our deepest sympathy and prayers are with you all. There are a lot of stories about Melissa to be told but the most important one you all need to remember the most, is how very much she loved and cared about each and every one of you. Carlos and I have a lot of memories but what we will miss the most is her voice and laugh because it always reminded us of your Grandmother Alice. We are sending you our prayers and our love.
