Obituary of Rebecca Lynn Toups

Rebecca Lynn Toups, age 38, passed away unexpectedly on October 4th, 2010. Rebecca is survived by her daughter, Taylor Toups; her mother, Gwen Toups; her sister, Rhonda Paz and her husband, David; her grandmother, Bobbie Duncan; her nieces, Mallory Paz and Kylie Paz. She is also survived by other family and many loving friends. Rebecca was born in Texas City , and graduated from Texas City High School in 1990. She received her nursing degree from College of the Mainland. She worked for NurseFinders and loved traveling and meeting new people. Rebecca loved to laugh and joke around. She had a very positive spirit and a magnetic personality. Rebecca was fiercely loyal to her family and her friends. She was a great friend to many. The love of her life was her daughter, Taylor. A celebration of Rebecca’s life will be held on Saturday, October 9th at 10 am at Clayton Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Scholarship Account for Taylor Toups at Regions Bank.
