Obituary of Ronald Wayne Simpson

Ronald Simpson, 85, passed away December 25th, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne Carter and Ethel Perrin Simpson and sister, Joan Andrews. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, David Simpson and wife Ginger, John Simpson and wife Andrea; daughter, Barbara Rios and husband Rene; grandchildren, Chad, Chelsea, Chasity, Joey, Megan, Courtney, Wyley, Amanda, and Felicia; great grandchildren, Mikayla, Davin, Kaden, Josie, Brinley, Kaileigh, Jayden, Michael, Julian, Liliana, Olivia; great-great grandchild, Brantley and a host of many other dear family and friends. Ronald was known as a man with a sharp wit who was always ready with a joke. You never knew what he might come up with. Ronald was a family man who loved and admired his family. He longed for each of them to know His Savior. Ronald worked as an Engineer for NASA until he retired. After retirement he also worked contract for McDonald Douglas and Boeing. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to saltwater fish, golf, and deer hunt. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Services for Ronald will be held Monday, January 3, in the First Baptist Church of Pasadena Chapel. A Visitation is scheduled from 2:00 – 3:00 pm, with a Service following at 3:00 pm.
