Obituary of Barbara Lane Michaud

Barbara Lane Michaud, 77, passed away December 19, 2021. She is preceded in death by her mother Cleo Hines and father Major Frank Hines. Left to cherish in her memory are her children, Craig II (Diane) Michaud and Jennifer Michaud, along with her grandchildren, Alexis, Jacob, Taylor (Nelson) , Sebastian, Scott, and Craig III Michaud. Barbara was known for her love of animals, her generous nature, and kind soul. From day to day, we never knew how many animals to expect when we came to visit her. Barbara was known to her grandchildren as “Bobby” and never missed a care package to them on holidays and birthdays. Barbara loved to visit and talk to people and neighbors, and always welcomed every stray animal into her home, every animal in the neighborhood knew where to go when they needed food and water. If you did not find Barbara caring for her animals, she would be in her yard messing with the plants or flowers, reading her bible verses, searching for the latest clothing styles, or simply making her special ice box cherry pie for her children when they visited.
