Eduardo Leal, de 76 años de edad, falleció el martes 5 de julio de 2022. Hijo de José y Josefa Leal. Ha dejado para apreciar la memoria de Eduardo a su amada esposa Alicia Leal por 54 años de casados. Hijos Luis Eduardo, Berta Alicia, Marco Antonio, José León Leal. Nueras Elisa Garza, Michelle García, Viola Benavides. Nietos Krystal, Miguel, Paloma, Nayeli, Matteo, y Martin. Hermanos Enedina(+), Ernesto(+), Juanita, Heriberto, Erasmo, Leonel, Homero Leal.
Eduardo nació el 17 de septiembre de 1945 en China, Nuevo León, México. Se mudó a Reynosa, Tamaulipas, México cuando era niño con sus padres y hermanos. En Reynosa, conoció a su esposa Alicia y estuvo casado durante 54 años antes de su fallecimiento. Se mudó con su familia a Houston para buscar nuevas oportunidades. Eduardo tuvo diferentes trabajos para mantener a su familia, pero uno de sus mejores recuerdos fue el tiempo que pasó trabajando en carnicerías. Disfrutaba pasando el tiempo detrás de un asador y recibiendo a familiares y amigos. Eduardo era muy trabajador, y era un hombre alegre. Eduardo siempre estaba de buen humor y tenía una sonrisa, haciendo reír a los demás y haciendo que la gente se sintiera cómoda. Se llevaba bien con todos sus compañeros del trabajo, familiares, y conocidos. Eduardo será recordado como un gran esposo, padre, abuelo, hermano, y amigo de muchos.
La visita está programada el miércoles 13 de julio de 2022, de 6:00 a 8:00 pm, en Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway en Pearland, Texas.
El Rosario se rezará a las 6:00 pm.
La misa de funeral se llevará a cabo a las 10:00 am, el jueves 14 de julio, en la Iglesia Católica de Santa Helena, en Pearland, Texas con el Padre Luis García oficiando.
Eduardo Leal, 76, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Josefa Leal; brother Ernesto Leal; sister Enedina Gonzalez; and sister-in-law Lupita Leal. Left to cherish Eduardo’s memory are his loving wife, of 54 years, Alicia Leal; sons Luis Eduardo Leal (Elisa), Marco Antonio Leal (Michelle), Jose Leon Leal (Viola); daughter Berta Alicia Garcia; brothers Heriberto Leal (Lupe), Erasmo Leal (Rita), Leonel Leal, Homero Leal (Hermelinda); sister Juana Medina; sister-in-law Maria Leal; grandchildren Krystal, Miguel, Paloma, Nayeli, Matteo, Martin, and a host of many other dear family and friends.
Eduardo was born on September 17, 1945 in China, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He moved to Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico as a child with his parents and siblings. In Reynosa, he met his wife Alicia and was married for 54 years before his passing. He moved with his family to Houston to seek new opportunities. Eduardo held different jobs to support his family, but one of his fondest memories was the time he spent working in as a butcher. He enjoyed spending time behind the grill and hosting family and friends. Eduardo was a hard worker, but more than a hard worker he was a joyful man. Eduardo was always in a good mood and had a smile on his face, making others laugh and making people feel comfortable. He got along well with all his co-workers, family members, and acquaintances having served as godfather to several of their children. Eduardo will be remembered as a great husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many.
A visitation is scheduled on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway in Pearland, Texas.
The Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm.
The funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am, on Thursday, July 14th, at St. Helen’s Catholic Church, in Pearland, Texas with Father Luis Garcia officiating.
