Obituary of Humberto Villarreal
Humberto “Beto” Villarreal, 83, passed away on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents, Simon Villarreal and Felicitas Salinas, and his sister, Blanca Estella Castañeda. Left to cherish Humberto’s memory are his loving wife of 59 years, Diana Villarreal-Guajardo; daughters, Diana Villarreal-Avendaño and husband Raymundo, and Maria Elvia Rodriguez and husband Juan; brother, Pedro Villarreal and wife Dora; sisters, Victoria Ruiz, Armandina Chapa, ad Maria Del Socorro and husband Roel; grandchildren, Raymundo Humberto Avendaño and Dominic J. Rodriguez; great grandchildren, Marilyn Rodriguez, Jocelyn Rodriguez, and Mateo Avendaño; along with a host of other family and friends.
Humberto, better known as Beto to his family and friends, was born in El Alamo, Vallecillo Nuevo Leon, a small town in Mexico. He was a loving, tender, and gentle son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to many. Beto enjoyed the outdoors, especially riding his horse, hunting, fishing, or working on his car and yard. He will forever be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be held for Beto at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland. (5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Tx 77581) Visitation will be held on the evening of Friday, September 22nd, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Beto’s service will be held the following day, Saturday, September 23rd, at 10:00 AM.
