James enjoyed photography and he and his dad owned a photography and printing company for many years. He also had a small manufacturing business producing rubber stamps. He had a strong work ethic and found his work rewarding right up until he had to retire due to illness. James remained active even after retirement with the Aldine-Westfield Crime Watch. James enjoyed helping others and was always standing up for the “under dog” or down trodden. He enjoyed playing the fiddle which he learned in school and carried forward throughout his life. James shared his love for music with his grandson Bryce. His grandkids all fondly referred to him as Grandpa. James will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
