Barbara G Lewis-Hall, 73 passed away on April 22, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 42 years Milton C Hall, her six children: Chuck & Melisa Ingle of Alvin, TX, Jan & Rick Hart of Nashville, TN, twin daughters-Teri Murray of New Bern, NC and Kim & Raymond Gonzalez of Austin, TX, twin sons Daryl Ingle of Baton Rouge, LA and Tom & Christine Ingle of Spring City, TN and two step children Susan & John Pope and Patrick Hall of Port Isabel, TX. She is also the grandmother of 13 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren who dearly loved her and referred to her as “Bo”. She was preceded in death by her father and mother Sidney B Lewis & Mamie Lewis Dugazon, her sister Mary Juan Cryar and brother Sidney B Lewis all of Baton Rouge, LA. She loved spending time with her children, her family was her life. Barbara was a stay at home mother and house wife. She enjoyed good health for most of her life. Barbara was the glue that held our family together. Not only was our mom a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she was also a very strong, loyal and compassionate woman. She enjoyed traveling to the mountains; she was an excellent decorator, an excellent cook, and enjoyed crafts such as painting and ceramics. She loved country music and dancing around the house. She was also a member of the Women’s Club, volunteering for charities and worked at setting up estate sales while living in Lamar, TX. Mom really enjoyed spending time with their dog Jack. Barbara and Milton moved to Pearland, TX in October of 2010 where they were welcomed by the community and made many friends Barbara was a native of Baton Rouge, LA Barbara will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. The family will be having a Celebration of her life on July 29, 2011 at the Village Lakes Community Center, at 4055 Village Dr., Pearland, TX. 77581
