Cynthia was always a bright shining light when entering the GSE office. I will always remember the impact she had on me when I came in for my first interview to years later as I matured. Every Friday she was especially cheerful because it was “attitude” day. It’s sad that it was at such a young age, but it seems fitting that she would pass on her attitude day. My condolences to her family, friends, and loved ones. Thank you for sharing Cynthia with us.

There are times in our lives when we stop and wonder what does it all mean. Why to things happen the way they do… God made friends, because of stories, dreams, hugs and prayers means so much.
Cynthia’s time on earth seemed all to brief because we wanted her in our lives foreever, our hearts and we know that she is at peace. I will miss you baby girl.
Love Dione

Cynthia was the “voice” of GSE for so many wonderful years. While traveling away from the office it was always so pleasurable to have Cynthia greet you on the phone when calling in. She was such a delight. I cannot tell you how many customers I had in the past comment that they liked calling the 800 number at GSE rather than my cell phone, just so they could initially speak with Cynthia. What a compliment this is to a wonderful lady. You will be missed!!

I worked with Cynthia for 7 years and grew to love her as a sister in Christ. She was the light of GSE that was for sure. Everyone that came in didn’t just get a Hello but a conversation with Cynthia, she was a people person and the good Lord put her right where he knew she would love to be. She will be dearly missed but as we all know she is in a better place and in no pain. Rest in Peace Sweet Cynthia!!!

I worked with Cynthia for all of her 18 years at GSE. She was the most dedicated employee I have ever seen or met. We became close friends when she moved into the townhouses where I lived and spent one entire summer drinking wine and talking each evening. It was a true blessing for me to know Cynthia and I loved her like one of my sisters. My nick name for Cynthia was “drama queen”. . She loved it. She will be missed by many.

I had the pleasure of meeting Cynthia a few times over the years while doing business at GSE. I spoke with her on the phone daily. What a treat it was for me to speak to such a positive, polite, friendly person. She was always in a bright spot at any time of day. I have missed speaking to her when I call. She always called me “Sugar” but she was the sweet one!! All of us at D & E will miss her dearly!! We send our deepest condolences to her friends and family. We have definitely lost a Great Woman!!!
