Obituary of Melva Pearl Enders

Melva Pearl Enders, 94, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Viva Jane Taylor; her loving husband, Howard Enders; brother, Glen Taylor; and sister, Lorraine Taylor. Melva is survived by her daughters, Nancy Zurlo and husband, Don, Loretta Bordelon and husband, James; sister, Edith Taylor; six grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren; her beloved cat, “Rusty”; and a host of other family and friends. Howard and Melva shared 54 wonderful years of marriage together and enjoyed traveling all over the United States and many places around the world. They enjoyed playing scrabble together and card games with their good friends in Country Place. Over the course of their 15 years in Country Place, Howard and Melva were involved in many of activities with their friends and neighbors. Melva was an avid reader and cherished spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. A Memorial Service for Melva will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 11:00 am at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 with Dr. Bob Joiner officiating.
