I was so sad to hear about Kim’s passing. I last saw her at Pearland High School Meet the Teacher Night a couple of years ago before y’all left for Singapore. I never dreamed that would be the last time I saw or spoke with her. I have so many wonderful memories of our childhood friendship! She was always so happy… Laughing and smiling! I’m sorry I wasn’t able to go to the visitation Alan… I really wanted to tell you how sorry I am. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Alan, We were sorry to hear of Kim’s passing, and pray for you and your family. Kim has entered into her rest and peace, after patient endurance and long struggle. May you and your family now also find that rest and peace, even as you have shared the load with Kim during her hour. May God richly Bless you and your family as you transition to the future and the new joys you will share with them. John

I knew Kim recently, while she was enduring her tough battle, with the retentless help of her beloved family, She welcomed me in her home like one of her kids,always with good spirit and humor, generous, and her passionate love for cooking for her guests, surrounded by her family [including the pets] were very happy moments I will never forget. She knew what hospitality means. I learned from it. It is so sad to have Kim join the Lord so early, but the Lord has his reasons. She is with him now and forever. My prayers for Kim and her family in these testing moments;
Sincere condolences.

All of us who knew Kim loved her so much and are heartbroken over her passing. She was such a loving person, so kind and thoughtful. I cannot imagine what a horrible loss this is for Alan and their beautiful daughters. They were such a close family. Her parents and siblings, too. I am glad that until this terrible illness, she had a fulfilling, happy life and was loved by so many of us who will never forget her.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of Kim’s family. I have had the pleasure of being Kim’s hairstylist and friend for many years. She was a VIP and so involved in everything she put her heart into. A special friend who had alot of love to give. I’ll share one story. She helped me put together a scrapbook for the salon when we moved over to the day spa in Friendswood. She convinced me we could do it. I couldn’t have done it without her scrapbooking creative talents and inspiration to just get the book started. Yes she gave back and for that she will forever be missed. She is with the angels and the aggies now. Love and prayers to Alan and “the girls”.

Oh my how I loved Kim. I got to know her a few years ago and just really loved her smile and fun sense of humor. She always talked about her 3 beautiful daughters and how lucky she felt to be married to her husband. She also loved her house that was her childhood home. When she was leaving for Singapore she brought me a purse that I always admired that she carried. She said “here you can have it, I have plenty and I won’t be needing this in Singapore”. It is green with cowhide She emailed me while she was gone several times telling me of her illness but also telling me that she was better. I was so surprised to hear about her passing. I will always remember you sweet Kim.

Words cannot express how heavy my heart has been since I learned of Kim’s passing.
Although I had not see Kim in awhile she always remained one of my very favorite friends.
Kim was my daughter’s, Debbie Wimberly Anderson,
AG teacher at PHS when I first met her.
I became friends with her again through Longaberger Baskets. She is the one that got me started selling but mostly buying for myself LOL.
She was such a great help to me and I was so grateful for all her help and support. I still collect the baskets and always think of her when I find another one for my collection.
Please know my thoughts and my prayers are with all of you. I know God has given you many beautiful memories and is always there by your side.
