Obituary of Juanario Labitigan Rosas

Juanario “John” Labitigan Rosas, 51, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edilberto and Rosita Rosas; and brothers, Ruben and Ricardo Rosas. John is survived by his brothers, Efren, Ernie, Wally, Resty, Redy, and Jun Rosas; sisters, Zenaida, Nancy, Nora, Connie, and Osie Rosas; and a host of other family and friends. John was a registered nurse for over 30 years and had been working at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center for the past seven years. He loved traveling all over the world, whether he was flying to his destination or cruising on a ship, he always enjoyed the adventure. John enjoyed spending time with his family here in the states and also going back home to the Philippines to see his family and friends. He was a people person who enjoyed taking care of his patients and spending time with his friends and coworkers. John enjoyed shopping and looking for antiques at resale shops and garage sales. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. A Visitation and Rosary for John will be held on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 5:00 until 8:00 pm with the Rosary recited at 6:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. The Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2209 Old Alvin Rd., Pearland, TX 77581.
