Obituary of Ommar Mohammednazim Kapadia
Please share a memory of Ommar to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Ommar Mohammednazim Kapadia, 25, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. He is survived by his parents, Mohammednazim and Annie Kapadia; sister, Maria Kapadia; and a host of other family and friends. Ommar was preceded in death by his grandfather, Mohammedkasam Kapadia, and his uncle, Sohaib Kapadia.
Ommar was the kind of person who could fill any role given to him; whether as an amazing son, a loving father figure, a doting brother, or a loyal friend he was always there for those he loved. Ommar exemplified everything a parent would want their child to be. Because of his love for others and his knack for bringing people together, Ommar was very much the glue that held his family together. He had an uncanny ability to love others, and because of his exceptionally large and gracious heart, he was always looking to help those around him. Even in death, Ommar selflessness was made apparent by his desire to help others through organ donation. His ultimate goal in life was to bring joy and happiness to everyone and often times he said if he could have one “superpower,” it would be the ability to take away others’ pain. Ommar had a strong faith and through his love for his fellow man, he left a lasting impression on all with whom he came into contact. Ommar will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
