Dear Jean and family,
We got word about Lee from Jack and Betty Jolley through Texaco Retirement news. We appreciate this write up and our hearts are so touched by the thought of that very special wonderful guy.
The memories come flooding back of the times together with you and how Lee could lift your spirits and make you love him and life. You both leave an imprint on the heart. Our thoughts are with you and your precious family and it is hard to express the depth of feeling we feel about Lee and for you at this time. Precious memories.
With Our Love and heartfelt sympathy,

I worked for Texaco and first met Lee in 1967, I was 20 years old. He was then and remained one of the most decent, upstanding people I’ve ever met. My prayers are with Lee’s family.

Dear Mrs. Wendorf,
I had the good fortune to meet you and Mr Wendorf in person on only a few occasions.
First,in 1990,when your daughter, Carol Wendorf, became Carol Klappenbach, my sister-in-law.
In a million lifetimes, I could not be more proud nor more grateful for the sister, who through you and Mr Wendorf, Carol for me, has become. And I am only one, whose life has been enriched by a union that began as yours and his.
Though words today can’t sufficiently comfort you when one you so loved has passed away, please accept my deepest condolences on this sad yet peaceful day and my gratitude, for having passed this way.
With sympathy,
Lisa Klappenbach-hilts
