I will miss the ole gal very much. While we didn’t see each other much the past 10 yrs, we tried to set up times to do so every quarter. We had been buds since the mid 80s and shared a million laughs since then. Pam was an inspiration indeed and I will miss her bawdy sense of humor that titillated us both into hysterics. Drama after drama, time and again.
Despite her own health issues, she didn’t complain. Miraculous. I am glad we finally got together not long ago and shared laughter a few more hours.
There was something in her voice the last time we planned a date, when we normally would cancel our arrangments as we kept doing, that informed me to set the date in concrete this last time.
I am so glad we both found time. Who knew it was ending?
I can’t wait to see her again someday, and we can laugh hard and long at ourselves once again, without Fred in the room.
I love you Pam very much. Thank you for a rare and fulfilling friendship of pure unconditional love .
