What a beautiful woman, Mrs. Philpot was. I am very sorry to read of your loss. With her accomplishments, her love and joys, she was an amazing woman! I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love, is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is, John 11:25, which says, "Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your beloved mother, grandma and friend. Sincerely, Meryl, jw.org - healingwordsforu@gmail.com

My heart goes out to Terry, Tim, and the family. With all my heart and love I am with you today as you say goodbye to your Mother. There are so many things that I would like to say that space here will not permit. But I wanted to say that there is no one that I was closer to than Lishia on this earth. She was more like a daughter to me than a sister and l loved her more than words can describe. I am thankful that I got to see her one more time before she left us. It is so very hard to let go but I know that I must, for just a little while, for I know that I too will soon join her and the rest of our loved ones. What a reunion that will be. I love you so much, your loving Aunt Clara.

No words can express how we feel about one so precious. Many memories of Uncle Charlie and Aunt Lishie, (as we called them growing up) have flooded our minds and I can still feel the excitement that I felt when I knew they were coming to visit. They always managed to attend the events that was most important in our lives, whether it be sad or happy occasions they were there. Such a bright spot in our life, but now they will shine so much brighter. Love and prayers, Patsy
