The very deepest condolences not only to his family and friends, but his patients, which I'm one of. Oh how distraught over the recent events of such an amazing doctor and friend I have been. Just knowing of the pain of giving up his practice must have placed on him and the toll of the patients he cared for so many years that he would never see again, I believe he felt that. I for one loved that man like he was my own family. His jokes, his gentleness made every visit delightful. You were the best ever and I will truly miss your beautiful smile, your sweetness and, yes, your love that glowed from your face and eyes. Last visit was so full of tears and heartache and at that time I knew I would never see you again. You will be forever missed, with the knowledge that I will see you in that mansion in the sky.
