Obituary of Jim Zoller

Jim Zoller July 15, 1926 - October 07, 2010 Jim Zoller, 84, passed away Thursday October 7, 2010 in Santa Fe, Texas. He was born July 15, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio to Irene Seman and Arthur Raymond Zoller. He was a veteran of the US Army. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in Chemical Engineering and later worked for Dupont where he retired after 35 years. Jim was also a member of Golden Acres United Methodist Church. He was also a past Rotary president and was a Paul Harris Fellow. An Active mameber of Shady River Civic Association and the Adult Literacy Program. He is preceded in death by his wife Louise Zoller and son Michael Zoller. Jim is survived by his children Susan Hemphill and husband Mason, Joseph Zoller, sister Chickie Zoller, and grandchildren Kyle Hemphill, Melissa Zoller, and Raymond Zoller. Visitation will be held Monday October 11, 2010 at 6-8PM at Paul U. Lee La Porte Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Tuesday October 12, 2010 at 2PM at Golden Acres United Methodist Church, 2838 Lily St., Pasadena, TX 77503. In lieu of usual remembrances donations may be made to Hope Community Methodist Church, c/o Golden Acres United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 5207, Pasadena, TX 77508-5207.
