I know this is a very sad time for all of you. Though I only met Lester once, it was apparent that he was a very special person. I loved the poem printed on the funeral program, and it seemed so like the Lester I’ve heard so much about over the years. Dear Sharon, Guy and family, Please accept our condolences. When Lester was young and they would come to PA, we always had a blast. He will be missed by so much family up here. He was a great husband and father as well as son and brother, uncle and nephew. We are so rich in having known him and how much of a family man he truly was. He will be missed. Sharon, Guy, & family: I am so very sorry for your loss. You have been in our thoughts and prayers and will continue to be as you go through this season in your life. My path crossed very briefly with Lester, but I knew he was a dear person just by speaking with him. It was such a joy to see him react in anticipation of his granddaughter, Sadie Shannon.
