Mrs. Hampton is the one teacher, that no matter how many I've had, was the best. I'm 38 now, and I had her as a language arts teacher at Lomax Elementary in the late 80's. I still remember the sound of her voice as she read countless stories to us. She is the reason that I teach today. She will be forever loved, and my heart goes out to her family and loved ones. Heaven gained a wonderfully amazing woman.
