I just became aware of Bill passing away. My heartfelt condolences go out to Val and the family. Bill hired me at Farrel in Deer Park and it was a great experience. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a great deal from him. A great family man and what a sense of humor.

Oh daddy... yesterday was a month since we said goodbye… ugh!
I have enjoyed reading the memories from people who knew you when you were younger, and throughout your life. It is so hard to say goodbye. The last few months, you were so tender, telling me that I looked pretty, even at my worst. It was so terribly hard to live so far away, but you always made it seem ok, even when my heart was breaking to be closer.
Tonight I said goodbye to 2 of our closest neighbors in preparation to fly to Houston on what was supposed to be the summer trip spent with you and mom. I miss you so much, but I find peace knowing that you are no longer suffering. I love you. I miss you. I hope to continue to make you proud. Rest in peace, Daddy.

I was saddened to have read about Billy having passed away. I remember vividly our childhood, especially when the family was growing up on the third floor in the house on Robbins St. in Waterbury, Ct. My mother and Billy's mother were sisters; there aren't many of us 1st cousins left and It's always very disheartening to hear about one of us departing.

Bill always made me feel welcome when Stephen would go over to Andrea’s for her wonderful pool parties. Pals since kindergarten- the Conway family became near and dear to our hearts ♥️. Sending prayers for comfort for this precious family. Love, Kay Kendrick

I will always remember the first time I met Bill. It was Val’s birthday and We were working at St John Hospital. Bill comes up to the desk with this beautiful birthday cake for Val. You could simply see the love in his eyes that he had for Val and a joy to surprise her and make her happy. In all the years I knew Bill my first impression never changed. You could simply tell Val was the love of his life. Rest In Peace Bill. Val you have an angel on your shoulder with a twinkle in his eye.
