Paula, I’m so sorry to learn of Carl’s death.
I have experienced the loss of my husband too (in 2012). Jim had Alzheimer's.

I am blessed to have known Carl for many, years and his passing hurts... really hurts my heart. While we mourn his absence, Carl / Paw Paw is at peace and diligently watching over his girls: Paula, Jobie, Tiffany and Taylor. They were his pride and joy. I too cherish our friendship and remember the many nights of meetings for Project Graduation and the PCDAP of which Carl was president for many years after Coach Sab passed. While neither he nor Paula would ever say so, PISD and and parents owe a great debt of gratitude for all they gave. Carl, you will be missed, but you leave a giant footprint.
