Dona was my patient a long time ago in stem cell transplant. She had gone to another coordinator, but I always had a special place for her in my heart and I still considered her my patient as I checked on her often. Thank you John for always being there with her. Her smile will truly be missed.

We have such fond memories of Dona. Always worried about others. Her “what you see is what you get” attitude made her such a joy. Never any pretenses about being something or someone she was not. When we last spoke she was all cheer talking about the beautiful mountains in Colorado; and not a mention of herself. I will miss you dearly sweet Dona. Maddie and Jenny send you hugs and kisses! Rest peaceful!

John, Cindy, Barbara, David, Don:
Dona was a very special lovely woman who made an impression on everyone she knew. With her twinkly eyes and quick laughter she was always a joy to be around. Dona and my sister Terri have been friends for a long time. I have always admired Dona and loved her sense of style and outlook on life. She was an inspiration to me and always will be. I hope we can take those things we loved about her and incorporate them into our own lives. Live each day to the fullest and cherish your loved ones. Dona would have wanted it that way. Peace to our beloved Dona, and we will miss you until we meet again.
