I am so glad that Aunt Grace was contacting me and always invited us to the weddings, etc. I too am glad that it was important to her to keep up with the other families. Losing a Mom is a very hard time in life. It helps me to know that she too lost her Mom and she carried on. So shall we. Love to all you Brulls. You are special.

I am going to miss Aunt Grace so much. She has been the one to encourage family connection. It is because of her that we visited Hormbeck and her and mom’s family. I am going to miss her calling for updates on how our mom is doing. She always cared so much about her sister. She had just visited the week before her passing and left the sweetest, most caring birthday/Christmas card for mom.

What a beautiful picture and synopsis of Grace’s life. She was a special person, and an aunt I truly enjoyed visiting with. She made everyone feel welcome in her home, and always met you with a big smile and a hug. I’m just sure she is in Heaven celebrating Jesus’ birth with the Angels. Our thoughts and prayers are with Elmer and all of her family during this difficult time. I can only imagine how much you miss her.
