Obituary of John Prescott II McGoldrick

John Prescott McGoldrick, II passed away on March 4, 2012, embraced by his wife and daughter when he reunited with his heavenly family. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Caecilia McGoldrick of Memphis Tennessee. John is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Maureen McGoldrick; daughter, Maegan Nicole McGoldrick; brother, Chris McGoldrick and wife Beth; nephews, Gerrit and Charlie McGoldrick; as well as a host of other family and friends.
John was a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee. He was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and had a deep connection with his fraternity brothers as they supported and helped him over the last several years. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 15years, and he then spent time as an elementary school teacher. John loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. His hobbies and passions helped to create a circle of friends that lasted a lifetime. John will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 4:30 pm at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, TX 77581 with Pastor Ed Jones officiating.
