Peggy and Family, our sincere sympathy for your loss. Chuck was a fine person. I enjoy the times that I worked with him and the days that I knew him in Pearland. He was a meticulous engineer.
Our prays and thoughts are with all of you.

Peggy and Family:
We were just thinking of both of you the other day and had decided to give you a call this coming week end. What a shock! You don’t have to be told what a wonderful person Chuck was…we owe him so much. He was brave enough to take us in (along with our cat) while our house was being built. We will cherish the memories we have of Chuck and just how selfless he was. Please know how much we have missed you both. We send our love to the entire family and will call soon. You are in our prayers.

Peggy, Lisa and Ken and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Peggy and Chuck were the first friends that I made when I first moved into Pearland and they have remained my good friends! I feel very blessed and honored to have known “Chuck” as he liked to be called. I will always remember how much he loved his El Camino, and his wonderful smile and happiness and love for his family. HEAVEN HAS A NEW ANGEL! LOVE AND PRAYERS to your FAMILY!

We were so saddened but not surprised to hear of Edwin’s death. What a special, loving human being and we were so fortunate to know him, and a few of us to grow up with him. Although we have lived away from Pearland for over 50 years, he was always loving and caring whenever we were there. It was said that Edwin “would give you the shirt off of his back.” I know he felt all of your love right up to the minute of his death, even when he could no longer verbalize it.
Since we are still in Washington, wrapping up our stay we will have to miss the visitation and funeral service. The funeral service sounds very special and one that Edwin would love.
We leave Saturday to come back to Texas and hope to get down to see you all soon after that. Meantime, give each other a big hug from us and know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Peggy, Ken,Lisa and families ……I was so very sorry to hear about Chuck. He was always such a positive man….always encouraging the players and coaches and supportive of the Pearland community. It’s hard to understand why people are taken from us, but take comfort in knowing you were a very special part of such a well-lived life. Thoughts and prayers are with you. Donna, Cheryl, Brooke.
