Dear Curtis,
Michael and I express our condolences to you and your entire family and friends on the passing of your mother. I will always remember Ms. Mary’s energetic and warm spirit. I shared with her many long distance talks because we both enjoyed talking about Asanti and Malik-her grandbabies and my niece and nephew from the time they were born. It was so easy for time to get away, she was just that comfortable and fun to talk to. Always a positive word. I pray the heavens above are ready for Ms. Mary because her joy will be too big to contain when she reunites with Jackie (gone too soon) and other loved ones. I will Miss Ms. Mary and her slap your Mama cooking. She was a strong and charming woman. Curtis you will carry on her legacy with your positive and outgoing love of life. She is always with you. Sheri was blessed to have Ms. Mary as her mother-in-law.
